Obituary

Jeffrey loved anything to do with professional wrestling, video games and the Oregon Ducks. He loved watching movies and wrestling with his dad and UFC with his mom - and thanks to technology, distance was no obstacle.
He loved his family with all his heart. He knew how to make us laugh, frustrate us, challenge us, and push us to always be our best. He was our “talker.” From the moment he learned his very first sentence…”look at that!”…to how he ended every conversation with his dad…”love you, Pops!”…Jeffrey always shared his heart. The first born of 5 siblings, he loved his brothers and sister more than life itself and wanted to be the best big brother he could be. There are so many things that he will be remembered for - but most importantly he will be remembered for his deep love for his family.
If you knew him well or barely at all, he always left an impression on you. Whether it was about how intelligent he was, funny, or loud (yes, he could be so loud), he left a footprint on all of our hearts.
Jeffrey will continue to be with us all through the memories, laughs and tears. We will see him everywhere - wrestling matches, video games, family dinners and so much more.
Jeffrey has left his pain behind, but he also left us and we will never be the same again. Now he is free and resting in the arms of Jesus, hugging his brother Steven, and watching over his family. He is finally at peace.
Jeffrey will be greatly missed by his parents Jeff & Tami, his brothers and sister Nicholas, Elisabeth and Brett - all residing in Bismarck, ND - his grandmother, Lucille Luhrs and his grandfather, Dennis Ylitalo, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his brother - and best friend - Steven, his grandfather and his grandmother.
